1. About these terms
This website is operated by Ecom Elevate, trading as Loborose. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Loborose. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they are. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there was an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Payment is covered by our Payment Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or harvest data from it.

9. Limitation of liability
We provide our site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
