Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
We ship to all fifty US states, plus Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 10:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no minimum spend requirements and no surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
4. Estimated delivery times
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 8–12 business days
- Total delivery time: 9–14 business days
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during holiday periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive the email.
6. Failed or refused deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping cost, which we'll confirm with you first.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@loborose.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away — see our Return & Refund Policy.
